Description
Responsibilities:- Perform industry and company research, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation activities;
- Work with senior bankers in transaction execution;
- Prepare marketing materials including presentations and pitch books;
- Develop relationships with junior executives at our clients;
- Comply with any internal and external regulations and company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economics and other relevant qualifications;
- Minimum 7 years or above in investment banking, consulting, research or private equity or other relevant experience;
- With CFA/CPA qualification is preferable;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to form effective working relationships;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills;
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
