Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) of general accounts.
  • Conduct macro, valuation, and risk assessments based on global financial markets to provide actionable asset allocation recommendations.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments in alignment with annual strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead team collaboration with Product, Actuarial, Compliance, Finance, and other relevant teams to perform Asset-Liability Management (ALM) and liquidity analyses.
  • Oversaw the end-to-end investment strategy formulation and daily management of fund accounts.
  • Scope includes, but is not limited to: setting and optimizing investment goals and strategies, managing yield targets, monitoring risks, and maintaining actuarial assumptions.
  • Manage relationships with external asset managers, including due diligence, selection, contract renewal, ongoing monitoring, and relationship maintenance.
  • Supervise the performance of multi-asset portfolio managers and conduct dynamic effectiveness evaluations.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Actuarial Science, Investment, Finance, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in asset allocation.
    • Prior experience in large insurance institutions or asset management companies is preferred.
    • Team management experience is preferred.
    • CFA, SOA, or other equivalent professional designations are preferred.
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
    • Strong teamwork capability and strong ability to work under pressure.
