Part-time Accounts Officer

Your new companyThis organisation is a well-established and growing business within the property sector and is recognised for its strong financial governance, structured processes, and collaborative team environment. Due to continuous growth and success, the team are looking for a part-time accounts officer to join their office based in Mascot.
Your new roleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of duties which include:

• End-to-end processing of invoices and payments
• Managing the accounts inbox and responding to payment-related enquiries
• Processing staff reimbursements and expense claims
• Maintaining accurate creditor records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Managing corporate insurance payments and subscription renewals
• Supporting budget tracking and monitoring expenditure against cost centres

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in accounting
• High attention to detail with strong reconciliation and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
