Job description
Investor Onboarding Specialist (New York)
The Private Markets Investor Operations team is expanding and we're looking for a highly s er vice - driven Investor Onboarding Specialist who excels at coordination and maintaining a clear overview across multiple tasks and stakeholders. In this role, you will shape the first impression investors have of us - ensuring a smooth, professional, and truly outstanding onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field;
- 5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably in private equity/private credit
- P ositive, client-centric mindset with a strong service orientation;
- W orking knowledge of AML/Compliance regulations;
- Excellent English writing and communication skills, familiarity with working in an international firm preferred;
- S trong team player with excellent communication skills;
- M aintain a high level of trust, discretion, and professionalism;
- Keen eye for detail-oriented administrative tasks;
- D emonstrate efficiency, accuracy, organization, and flexibility;
- Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for various tasks.
- P roficient in Microsoft Office; experience with database management is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel to Switzerland and other offices from time to time
