Looking for a Senior Finance Leader for a Leading Pharmaceuticals Company in KSA

About Role:

• Lead the group's financial strategy, planning, treasury, controls, and performance across multiple divisions and subsidiaries
• Drive IPO readiness across financial reporting, governance, audit readiness, compliance, and capital markets work stream
• Strengthen group-level financial systems, controls, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow management to support scale
• Partner closely with the CEO and Board on strategic initiatives, financing, capital structure, and M&A opportunities
