A global professional services organization is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its Corporate Finance team.

The Role

• As a Finance Business Partner, you will support business leaders through management accounting, project profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and financial performance management.
• Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you will provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making while contributing to operational improvements and business growth.

Your Skills

• Around 3 years of FP&A or management accounting experience
• Basic financial accounting knowledge (Bookkeeping Level 3 or equivalent)
• Business-level English for email communication and Fluent Japanese
