A leading Tier-1 global bank in Singapore is seeking a Director-level Treasury Business Manager specializing in Balance Sheet Management (BSM) and Capital Strategy. Positioned directly alongside the front office and regional business heads, this commercially focused role drives balance sheet optimization, net interest margin enhancement, and efficient capital allocation across the bank's regional franchises. Serving as a key commercial partner to the Regional Head of Treasury and regional business leads, the Director will actively drive funding optimization, yield enhancement, and capital efficiency across entity structures. Rather than taking a purely administrative approach, the role focuses on managing Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) frameworks to incentivize profitable business growth, lowering liability funding costs, and advising trading desks and product teams on optimizing Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) usage to maximize return on equity.

To qualify, candidates must hold Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency and possess at least 12 years of relevant experience within Treasury at a global financial institution.
