What We're Looking For:
As a Billing Specialist II at Zebra Technologies in Mexico City, you will act as a vital guardian of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle for the LATAM region. In this Level II role, you will move beyond routine processing to take full ownership of end-to-end billing operations using Oracle and Wfactura, act as a strategic partner to our regional Collections teams and actively drive process improvements. Billing Specialist (Level II)

In this position, you are a vital guardian of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle for the LATAM region. You do more than just process transactions; you ensure the financial integrity of our customer accounts, collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues, and contribute directly to the efficiency of our global operations.

What You Will Do & Master:

• Own Core Financial Operations: Take ownership of the end-to-end billing process. You will manage credit/debit notes, handle both standard and non-standard billing requests, and ensure the accuracy of data in our Oracle, OnBase and Wfactura systems.
• Drive Process Improvements: You won't just follow the process; you'll help shape it. We want your expertise to help us get better. You will contribute to testing events and projects, helping us build a more efficient future.
• Become a Central Business Partner: Act as a key point of contact, working closely with the Collections team and other departments. You will prepare monthly reports, providing the critical data our teams need to succeed.
• Enhance the Customer Experience: You will be on the front line, ensuring invoices are correctly loaded into customer portals and that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally, maintaining a positive relationship.
