We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wealth & Premier Solution Manager, IWPB Business Finance - Global Finance.

In this role you will need:

• Support senior management (i.e. CEO of Global Trust & Fiduciary Services, Head of Businesses, and CFO) to provide value added commercial insights to challenge and steer decision making, along with supporting line manager with various ad-hoc projects and analysis requests from business and senior management.
• Innovatively apply commercial acumen to financial metrics, driving commercial performance and directing business management to focus on profitable activities.
• Build and maintain business relationships to support strategic change in the business and prepare and support analysis of business area to provide recommendations to seize opportunities for growth and mitigate identified risks.
• Be responsive to provide all diversified regular Financial Management Information (MI) timely with decent qualities and supporting business monthly forecast and annual target set-up to deliver insightful analysis to the senior management and businesses.
• Support the communication with Group and Regional shareholders and parties to ensure messages are properly aligned and cascaded.
• Drive disciplined cost management and portfolio return improvement to enhance bank and business performance for Global Trust & Fiduciary Services.
• Liaise regularly with the frontline across Trust & Fiduciary Service frontline and Wealth planning team on the recognition scheme in Asia.
• Be the Finance representative on the regular governance meetings like EXCO, MANCO and the Board meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across different locations as well as different stakeholders to create efficiencies and synergies.

To be successful you will need:

• Considerable working experiences with Finance function in banking or related industry
• Strong experiences and solid knowledge in Financial planning, analytical skills and Financial control and Governance
• Obtain a formally recognized finance qualification
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial bias and an excellent grasp of business drivers
• Strong communication and coordination, especially in relationship building with businesses and creditability from senior management
• Strong sense of accountability and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Good understanding of the Private Banking and Wealth distribution business desirable
• Work location based on Hong Kong
