Description:
Grow Your Career with a Global Leader
At Priority Worldwide, we don't just move freight — we move people forward. We're a global logistics company where innovation meets action. Our warehouses are the heartbeat of our operations, and we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to lead from the floor, not just the office.
If you can load a truck, build a crate, train a team, and help roll out new warehouse systems — this is the job for you.
What You'll Do
Be on the Floor, Every Day
- Lead by example — jump in to load/unload trucks, build and wrap pallets, or pack crates when needed.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, staging, labeling, weighing, and shipping cargo.
- Maintain organization, safety, and efficiency across all warehouse functions.
- Ensure all work meets OSHA and company safety standards.
Drive Modernization
- Take a key role in the research, testing, and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Support system setup, process documentation, and train the team on new technology.
- Collaborate with management and IT to make the warehouse more efficient and data-driven.
Lead and Develop the Team
- Act as the manager's right hand, helping plan daily operations and staff schedules.
- Conduct safety meetings, forklift training, and on-the-job skill development.
- Motivate and mentor your team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
Keep It Moving
- Verify shipment accuracy and documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing lists).
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and audits.
- Communicate with operations, dispatch, and clients to ensure smooth flow of cargo.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Comfortable with technology — WMS/TMS systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Hands-on problem solver who can balance physical work and leadership.
- OSHA and forklift certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
