Shift available: 12hrs night shift
Compensation: $30.87/hr

Key Accountabilities
Principal Accountabilites:
- Assure adherence to the schedule and manage all unplanned events
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) performance by analyzing performance and suggesting/implementing process improvements
- Hold daily shift huddle meetings with employees in your area to coordinate coverage and assure daily/weekly goals are communicated
- Conduct daily audits and assure corrective action is completed
- Audit and complete all shift related paperwork
- Ensure all products meet specifications (both functionally and cosmetically)
- Coordinate schedules (breaks, vacations, call-ins, open positions)
- Complete near miss reports and all near miss follow-up actions
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations(including food safety policies and procedures)
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing stairs/ladders, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to operate machinery, industrial equipment and/or mobile equipment
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Warehouse experience
- Experience driving a forklift
- Experience working with Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS)
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience
