Our client, a top-tier US consulting firm with a strong global presence, is seeking an experienced Valuations Director to join its valuation practice in the Middle East. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex valuation engagements for transactions, financial reporting, and strategic advisory.
• Advise senior executives and investors on valuation strategies and market trends.

• Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10+ years in valuation, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Qualifications: CFA, ASA, CPA, or equivalent preferred; MBA or Master's degree advantageous.
• Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, client relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
• Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with Middle East markets is a plus.
