We're partnering with a leading European real estate business in their search for a Treasury Analyst to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career in Treasury or someone with early back-office Treasury experience who wants to step into a structured, high-performing function.
The Treasury team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the business, and this position offers genuine exposure to core Treasury operations, process improvement, and strategic projects.
What you'll be doing
• Supporting the day-to-day running of Treasury operations, including payments, reconciliations, and confirmations

• Maintaining Treasury systems and ensuring data accuracy (FX rates, static data, user access)

• Liaising with banks on account maintenance, KYC and mandate updates

• Producing daily reporting and supporting the wider team with month-end activities

• Getting involved in team initiatives and continuous process improvement

Who we're looking for
• A recent graduate with a strong academic record or someone with 1-2 years' experience in Treasury operations, cash management or payments

• Strong attention to detail and a natural problem solver

• Confident working with numbers and Excel

• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
