Your new role

• To participate in the digital activation initiative by supporting Client Advisors to assist their clients with digital banking activation and platform usage
• Working closely with team leaders to deliver impeccable client experience
• Following up in a timely and professional manner with markets and clients for their enquiries
• To build excellent relationships with Client Advisors and Marketing Team Heads

What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor's degree in banking or finance
• Client-focused attitude and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
