About the role
We're building a new Supply Strategy capability at Diageo, and this role leads the performance agenda for the entire supply strategy organisation. As Supply Strategy Senior Manager - Performance, you will bring together operational, financial and competitive performance to create a single, coherent view of how Supply is performing - and what needs to change.
You will shape the performance rhythm for Global Supply & Procurement: defining KPIs, leading Tier 6 analysis, spotting performance draggers, and turning insight into clear strategic action. You'll also support executive-level communications, helping the Head of Supply Strategy and President of SC&P articulate performance and strategy internally and externally.
What you'll do
- Own the performance management rhythm for supply strategy
- Define and maintain KPIs aligned to volume, COGS, cash and strategic priorities
- Lead Tier 6 performance insight and diagnose key drivers/draggers
- Integrate operational, financial, consumer and competitive intelligence
- Enable high-quality business reviews and leadership performance discussions
- Support exec communications for major leadership events and strategy forums
- Lead scenario planning and contingency thinking across supply
- Partner with Finance and Operations on cost, cash and capacity performance
- Manage and develop an Analyst supporting the performance agenda

- Strong analytical capability with a structured, insights-driven mindset
- Ability to simplify complex performance data into clear, actionable narratives
- Confident communicator able to work with senior leaders and exec forums
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
