SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS
Wall Township Public Schools (Monmouth County, NJ)
Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2026
The Wall Township Board of Education seeks an exceptional educational leader to serve as Superintendent of Schools for this proud PreK–12 district of approximately 3,300 students. Wall Township Public Schools are widely recognized for strong academic programs, dedicated staff, supportive families, and a deep commitment to the whole child.
The Board is seeking a visible, community-oriented leader with a proven track record of instructional excellence across curriculum, assessment, instruction, and student supports. The next superintendent must also bring strength in finance and operations and demonstrate the ability to build trust with staff, administrators, the union, families, students, and the community.
Qualifications
- New Jersey School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility (required)
- Prior experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, K-12 Principal, or Director/Central Office Administrator (preferred)
- Demonstrated record of effective, visionary leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational. communication, and relationship-building skills
- Has experience (or related) as a classroom teacher at the K-12 level
