Responsibilities
Enlyte International seeks an experienced Strategy & Planning Analyst within our Strategy and Planning team, focused on driving pricing discipline through process, analysis, and strategic projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to add meaningful value to the organization by championing profitable revenue growth. We are seeking a candidate with a core set of skills around business analysis, data analysis, reporting, and the ability to translate trends, findings, and anomalies into meaningful recommendations for the business and decision-makers. The candidate that joins our team will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders within the organization, from Commercial to Product to Operators and P&L owners.
The Analyst's primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Playing a key role in the opportunity pricing process with goals of managing deal throughput in concert with ensuring adequate socialization, review, and decision-making across pertinent stakeholders in the organization.
- Modeling large, complex, and/or strategic deals with the intent of turning data into actionable insights and strategy to ultimately structure pricing that is optimal for Enlyte, and competitive and compelling for its clients.
- Leading or supporting strategic initiatives that further the mission of the Pricing team.
The ideal candidate, in addition to skillsets mentioned above, possesses a heightened sense of intellectual curiosity coupled with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a business / quantitative focus (e.g. Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, Statistics)
- 3 years+ of experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering data led stories, through data analysis
- Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills coupled with an aptitude for creative problem- solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to manage complex projects with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
- Shares in our desire to grow and develop professionally and contribute to the growth of those around us.
- Previous pricing and/or strategy experience a plus.
