Requirements
In this role, you’ll take the lead on stock plan administration, managing all aspects of our global equity programs—from granting awards and coordinating vesting processes to ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. You’ll collaborate with payroll, legal, finance, and tax teams to ensure smooth execution, accuracy, and regulatory alignment. Beyond equity, you’ll support the compensation strategy and analytics that keep Digital Realty competitive in the marketplace. You’ll conduct market surveys, analyze pay data, build and maintain salary structures, and support the annual compensation planning process. Your analytical expertise and strong Excel skills will help you uncover insights, optimize processes, and drive meaningful recommendations. You’ll also partner across HR, Finance, and other functions to ensure our programs run smoothly—and even help deliver compensation training to managers and HR business partners.
We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years of stock plan administration experience and a passion for accuracy, data, and collaboration. You’ll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Experience with systems such as Oracle, Fidelity PSW, or Salary.com is preferred, as is the drive to continuously learn and adapt in a global, technology-driven environment.
