Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support T&O Tech with annual budgeting and forecasting planning exercise
• Monitor and analyze expenses against targets and providing variance analysis
• Work with Tech units to prepare monthly accrual journal to ensure cost are properly booked
• Track utilization of capex budget

Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to T&O Tech teams, providing financial guidance and accounting support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR, Strategy, Group Tech & Ops Biz Fin) on financial plans
• Support T&O Tech team by reviewing IT spend memo on the spending/budget section prior to sign-off

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management and group finance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems.

Strategic Initiatives

• Provide finance related support for any strategic initiatives
