• London based role but US focused

• Familiarity to US Reporting and Regulations is ideal but not a must

• Strong Balance Sheet experience

• Strong Business Partnering

• Intercompany experience multiple jurisdictions

• Strong Forecasting, commentary, and analysis

• Large and small transactions experience

• Develop and update strong controls and processes

• Understand and stay close to the deals

• Be open to some US travel

• Opine, Debate & Communicate

• Ideal to have a minimum base level understand/experience in Transfer Pricing

• Self-Management
