Your new role
As Shared Services Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. You will also provide critical support to banking and treasury functions while driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching, and mentoring the AP/AR team to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
Delivering exceptional stakeholder service and advice on billing, payment processes, and accounting policies
Driving process optimisation and risk reduction through continuous improvement
Ensuring compliance and accurate documentation for business continuity
Supporting strategic projects and governance requirements in partnership with senior finance leadership
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification in commerce, accounting, or related disciplineProven leadership experience with a track record of operational excellence
Strong knowledge of finance processes, shared service controls, and compliance
Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills
