Responsibilities
At Enlyte, we're seeking an experienced project manager to lead finance transformation initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Accounting Operations & Transformation, you'll create project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of financial projects. The ideal candidate possesses financial knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience managing transformation projects in finance or accounting environments. Your expertise in project management methodologies and financial systems will help advance our organization's financial processes. Manage projects related to Finance Transformation from inception to successful implementation, including system integration, and data migration, system implementation, testing coordinationDevelop project plans for each project phaseMonitor and document progress, milestone deliverables, risks, and costs across projectsAssign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnelPrepare and present status reports to working groups and Finance and Technology leadershipDevelop and present recurring dashboards, project plans, timelines, reports, and governance updates for key projects to the PMO, Steering Committees and executive sponsorsMonitor plan to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetTrack and identify response plans for risks and issuesDrive consensus on project strategy and direction leveraging Steering Committee meetings for key decisions and updatesCollaborate with Enterprise teams and directly liaise with leads for each business areasAdhere to best project management practices and methodologies, such as Professional Management Institute and Lean Six SigmaPrepare, maintain and report project budget and spend actuals, conduct regular reconciliations against plan, review reforecasts with project sponsors, and provide analysis to stakeholdersInfluence and manage matrix resources assigned to projectOther related project management duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, accounting, program management, or related discipline or equivalent work experience requiredProject Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification5+ years' experience in project management and stakeholder and leadership reporting requiredProficiency in project management tools required; Experience with Microsoft Projects, Wrike a plusExperience working with Financial systems, ERPs required, NetSuite, Workday a plusWorking knowledge of accounting principles, and financial transactions, controls and reporting processesStrong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectivelyUnderstands and resolves issues of diverse scope with a sense of urgency, demonstrates good judgement for driving solutionsAbility to coordinate, collaborate and influence across cross functional groups and employee levels effectively and professionally to achieve resultsExperience with managing and leading change to drive user adoption, be a change agent, ensure mentoring and training needs are metStrong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented person who can share information, goals, opportunities, successes, and failures with the appropriate partiesDemonstrated ownership of issues by analyzing, gaining consensus, offering alternative solutions, or escalating as appropriate/applicable
