Description:
We have an opportunity available for a Financial Analyst to work within our Finance Team. The Financial Analyst will provide meaningful analysis, reporting, and insight to management to drive the company's sales and profit growth. This role will create budgets and forecasts, interact cross-departmentally, and continuously improve processes while proactively resolving issues.
What you will do:
- Develop internal company-wide financial reporting and improve current reporting methods
- Work with data team to incorporate new reporting metrics for strategic decision-making
- Create Power BI reporting to deliver insights to end users
- Complete necessary reporting to parent company
- Develop meaningful financial analysis and insight to improve financial performance
- Create financial models to support business opportunity decision-making
- Continuously improve processes and identify trends in data indicating value creation or opportunities
- Collaborate across departments to enhance performance and create actions for improvement
- Assist with creation of monthly financial forecast and annual budget
- Develop cash and capex forecasts and collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance
- Stay current on Financial Analyst best practices and industry trends
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned

What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant business experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models
- Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI and SQL preferred
- Excellent communication and continuous improvement mindset
