Your new role

• As a Senior External Auditor, you will take the lead in executing audits to ensure compliance with IFRS, MFRS, and GAAP standards.
• Your role will involve evaluating financial records and internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and customising audit strategies based on client needs.
• You'll identify key discrepancies, provide insightful recommendations, and communicate findings clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Additionally, you'll mentor and guide junior team members while playing a key role in presenting results and driving audit quality.

What you'll need to succeed

• Malaysian citizen with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in auditing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and report-writing proficiency.
