CedarRock Advisory Group is a customer service–focused accounting and advisory organization. We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our founder-led growth strategy. This role is responsible for building and managing a strong network of CPA referral partners. The SDR will work closely with the Founder and CRO to generate qualified meetings, drive partner engagement, and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 60 outbound calls, send 60 emails and 60 LinkedIn messages per day
Attend 2 networking events per week to build and expand referral relationships
Build and maintain relationships with CPA referral partners
Book qualified meetings with referral partners
Maintain monthly outreach cadence with each referral partner (minimum once every 30 days)
Track and manage engagement activity, follow-ups, and relationship status in HubSpot
Identify and act on specific reasons to re-engage referral partners
Identify new opportunities, communities, and events to grow the CPA referral network
Research and engage with relevant CPA and financial professional groups (local and online)
Requirements:
Requirements
Prior sales experience required
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized, consistent, and self-directed in follow-up and outreach
Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
Experience with HubSpot and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
Must be available to work from the Inwood, NY home office two days per week
