You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Regulatory Governance. You have found the right team.As a Regulatory Governance Professional / Associate within our Regulatory Governance Team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Asset and Wealth Management Regulatory Governance team to assist with obligation mapping, sustainment, assessment, and related deliverables.
- Manage requirements, priorities, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify obstacles impacting milestone completion and develop mitigating solutions in partnership with the team; escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in the production and submission of management information, including performance metrics, service level adherence, and scorecards.
- Learn the current operating model and systems (such as Enterprise Library Application) to inform and improve the legal obligation sustainment model.
- Develop and execute sustainment activities, including monitoring re-drafted obligations and change requests for implications to AWM.
- Escalate issues as identified and contribute to problem solving and resolution.
- Drive the completion of business change initiatives as identified.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for internal applications.
- Manage calibrations and communication with partners and stakeholders to follow up on pending actions until closure.
- Analyze data and publish insights and dashboards to teams and stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree required; background in Risk Management, Controls, Compliance, and/or Audit.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in technical skills, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, charts, vlookups, embedded queries).
- Experience in data analytics, including mining and analyzing large volumes of data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of CORE and Enterprise Library Application.
