Description
Job Description• Manage and enhance all SME lending products (Term Loans, OVD, Credit Line).
• Design and launch new products/offers tailored to market needs.
• Create supply chain/vendor programs and bundled offers (loans + acceptance + payroll).
• Develop special lending programs (Islamic, EBRD, MSMEDA).
• Build scoring-based lending models in coordination with Risk and IT.
• Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Calculate break-even and profitability for each product.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and assess risk exposure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, IT, Marketing, Operations).
• Leverage technology to develop digital-first lending solutions.
• Communicate effectively to secure alignment and execution across all units.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SME Finance or Fintech).
• Strong analytical, risk management, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of launching and managing profitable lending products.
• Deep understanding of digital financial services and regulatory frameworks.
