Associate - Private Equity (GP-Led Secondaries)

Location: New York, NY | Hybrid (3 days in-office)

About the Role
A leading private equity firm focused on GP-led secondaries, currently investing out of their third fund is looking for an Associate. The Associate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions across sectors such as business services, healthcare, industrials, education, and tech-enabled businesses. This is an opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial team with strong upward mobility.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate GP-led secondary transactions
• Build and review detailed financial models (3-statement)
• Conduct market and company due diligence
• Prepare investment memos and present findings to senior leadership
• Collaborate across a small, high-performing team

Ideal Candidate

• 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A or industry groups), Private Equity, or Leveraged Finance
• Strong modeling and analytical skills; hands-on with 3-statement models
