We are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist that not only wants to have a job but to have a long term career. Position entails processing multi-state weekly, bi-weekly, bonus and commission payrolls. Pay rate starts at $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
Responsibilities include:
- In-house payroll processing
- Calculating and reporting payroll taxes
- Certified payroll reports
- W2 processing
- Ad hoc reporting
- Information requests
Experience required:
- 2 years of experience in processing in house, full cycle payroll.
- Construction industry experience a plus.
Computer Skills:
- Type and 10 key by touch required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with payroll software systems, especially with J.D. Edwards/Oracle preferred.
- Prior experience with report writers helpful.
Must be able to pass a background check including credit check and drug screen.
