Your New Role
As a Payroll Officer, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll for a workforce of approximately 350 employees. Working across multiple entities and pay cycles, you'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll processing, including payroll tax, superannuation, and follow-ups.
Onboarding, terminations, leave calculations and accruals
Multi-award interpretation
Prepare payroll reporting and reconciliations

What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven payroll experience across multiple entities.
Strong understanding of award interpretation.
The ability to work independently and take ownership - personality fit is key.
A proactive, "just have a go" attitude.
