About the Role:
As a Manager or Senior Manager in the Valuation & Modelling team, you will lead engagements across a broad spectrum of sectors, advising clients on critical financial decisions. From M&A and capital investments to business transformations, your work will directly influence strategy and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of complex valuation and financial modelling engagements.
- Provide strategic insights to support M&A, fundraising, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development of financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario analysis, etc.) for a variety of purposes.
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
I'm looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in valuation, financial modelling, or corporate finance (preferably in a Big 4 or investment banking environment).
- Strong technical expertise in valuation methodologies and Excel-based modelling.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, or equivalent are highly regarded.
- Proven track record in managing multiple engagements and leading teams.
