Your new role
You'll take ownership of a client portfolio, managing both compliance and strategic advisory work. This is a leadership position with scope to influence the direction of the firm and build long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients
• Delivering tax and compliance services
• Providing strategic business advice and insights
• Leading client meetings and building strong relationships
• Mentoring junior staff and reviewing work
• Contributing to process improvement and firm growth
• Optional pathway to equity for the right candidate

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA/CA qualified
• Proven experience in public practice, ideally at Manager or Senior Manager level
• Strong technical knowledge in tax and compliance
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
• Leadership experience or potential
• Interest in future equity (optional but welcomed)
