JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management (KIFM) Finance team, we are looking for a dynamic individual:

• Leading a small team and overseeing the financial reporting process of KIT portfolio assets.
• Manage budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of financial statements, results and forecasts.
• Review journal entries for posting into the accounting system.
• Work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting from the assets. Support financial modelling for strategic initiatives, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate financial reporting processes for newly acquired assets.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., KIT Group Finance team and Senior Management) as well as external parties (e.g., external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies) to support financial operations and reporting.
• Participate in special projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in an Audit or Accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software, accounting tools, and financial analysis platforms. SAP and Yardi knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
