Location: Onsite Ste. Genevieve, MO
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

What You'll Do
- Support lenders by gathering customer information and required documents
- Prepare loan files, disclosures, and system entries with accuracy
- Order and track credit reports, employment verification, title work and insurance
- Keep digital and physical loan files organized and audit-ready
- Communicate with customers and teammates to keep loans moving
- Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with post-closing tasks such as scanning and file maintenance
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience required) Degree in business or finance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Great communication and follow-through
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy
- Experience in banking, lending, or office administration preferred
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
