Join a Dynamic Legal & Compliance Function - Licensing Associate (Asia Pacific)

Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and ready to make an impact across Asia Pacific? We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Licensing Associate to join a high-performing legal and compliance division that supports a global financial powerhouse.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of licensing and registration processes for regulated entities and individuals, working across jurisdictions and collaborating with teams in Hong Kong, Mumbai, and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day licensing tasks for SFC and HKMA regulated entities and individuals.
• Support Senior Manager / MIC appointment processes.
• Provide expert advice on licensing and registration to enable business initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams on cross-jurisdictional licensing matters.
• Oversee work output from offshore resources and ensure quality.
• Align regional licensing approaches through coordination with APAC counterparts.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management within financial services or regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong's licensing regimes (SFC, HKMA).
• Familiarity with licensing frameworks across other Asia jurisdictions is a plus.
• Broad understanding of the regulatory landscape in Hong Kong and ideally APAC.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and precision.
• Fluency in an Asian business language is a bonus.
