The Company:

Our client is one of the biggest players globally within the sector that has over a century of industry knowledge and expertise in the financial market. They have set ambitious growth targets for the next five years, and by joining this business, you will contribute to the organization's strategic focus and make a significant impact.

This is a newly created position for mid-level Structured Finance Paralegals or Compliance specialists who are keen to join a high-performing Global Transaction Team. You will be based in Hong Kong but can work remotely most of the time.

In your new role, you will

• Oversee end-to-end transaction execution, managing operational workflows, documentation, and client enquiries with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with legal, tax, risk, and operations teams to deliver practical solutions and ensure smooth, seamless deal progression
• Support the deal team in rigorous risk evaluation, building a deep understanding of key exposures and effective mitigation strategies beyond standard compliance requirements
• Proactively drive process improvements, enhancing efficiency and establishing best practices as the investment platform continues to grow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5-12 years of relevant experience from structured finance or investment banking
• Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
• Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels
• Full professional fluency in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
