Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the following:

• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable
• Follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email
• Data entry and maintenance of customer account records
• General office admin tasks

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• 2-3 years administrative experience
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or collections desirable
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
