Description
Responsibilities:- Support origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates across Asia (ex-Japan) in the area of corporate finance, capital market business and M&A idea generation
- Preparing marketing pitch, proposal and developing and producing management reports
- Due diligence of clients and markets
- Modelling and financial analysis
- Deal documentation and internal approvals
- Bachelor's degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
- MBA, Master Degree in Finance or equivalent and/or CPA, CFA qualification are desirable
- At least 2-3 years of investment banking experience with strong track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals
- Knowledge and experience in M&A Advisory, DCM and ECM
- Good understanding of capital market products, syndication and ratings
- Ability to model and prepare financial analysis
- Ability to lead key workstreams on transactions with some guidance from seniors
- Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
