We are seeking a driven and talented professional to join our investment team. This role combines expertise in global equities research with portfolio strategy and asset allocation. The successful candidate will analyse investment opportunities, construct and manage model portfolios, and advise on optimizing asset allocation across multiple markets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and financial analysis of global equities and other asset classes.
• Build and maintain financial models, track portfolio performance, and assess valuation metrics.
• Develop and refine asset allocation frameworks based on market trends and client needs.
• Monitor macroeconomic indicators, market cycles, and geopolitical factors that affect portfolios.
• Prepare clear, concise research notes, investment reports, and market commentary for both internal and client use.
• Provide actionable recommendations and periodic reviews for client portfolios.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with internal teams.
• Create engaging investment content, including blogs, newsletters, and podcasts, to share insights.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA Charterholder, or MBA from a reputable institution.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment research, equity analysis, asset management, or portfolio advisory roles.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen across products and asset classes.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Proficiency with financial analysis and portfolio management tools (such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive results in a collaborative environment.
