- Provide guidance and oversight to Citizen Developers and professional developers to elevate capability and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Participate in requirements sessions, feasibility assessments, and discovery workshops to translate mission needs into technical solutions.
- Document architecture, integration points, technical constraints, and sustainment considerations for long-term maintainability.
- Participate in customer meetings to provide architectural insight and technical guidance.
- Assist with training, coaching, and internal capability development as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in automation delivery, including UiPath architecture, required.
- Deep experience with UiPath Studio, StudioX, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding, including taxonomy design, OCR configuration, and ML skill integration.
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable enterprise automations and reusable architectural frameworks.
- Strong understanding of attended/unattended orchestration, queue processing, exception modeling, and audit-ready logging.
- Experience with ML Extractors, Intelligent Keyword Classifier, Form Extractor, Validation Station, and DU confidence-based workflows.
- Familiarity with security models, RBAC, Zero Trust principles, and federal compliance requirements.
- Experience integrating UiPath with databases (SQL/Oracle), REST APIs, ERPs, and enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred certifications: UiPath Solution Architect Professional, UiPath Document Understanding Specialist, UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Professional.
- Experience working in DoD or federal environments, including multi-tenant or enclave deployments.
