With a head office in Sydney's CBD, the company has close to 150 stores and a total headcount of around 1,000 employees. The culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Your new role
This is a highly confidential leadership opportunity where you'll play a pivotal role in providing stability and hands-on guidance to a growing HR team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee HR operations across multiple regions, managing a team while driving strategic projects such as HRIS optimisation, process refinement and system upgrades. They are open to contract or permanent options and aim to appoint before Christmas for a comprehensive handover.
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager or Head of HR, ideally with multi-country remit
• Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team
• Expertise in change management, including HRIS, process improvement, and system upgrades
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations, finance, and talent teams
• Flexibility to travel and occasionally work across international time zones
• Retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
