Job Overview
We are seeking a professional with in-depth knowledge of the fixed income market to join our Client Solutions team in Singapore. This role will focus on designing and managing customized fixed income investment solutions for corporate clients, helping them optimize their cash asset allocation and enhance returns while controlling risk. Ideal candidates should possess solid knowledge of fixed income products, excellent client needs analysis skills, and innovative solution design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Needs Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of corporate clients' cash management needs and risk appetite, analyzing their cash management characteristics and return objectives.
Solution Design: Design customized fixed-income investment solutions based on client needs, including portfolios of money market instruments, bonds, and structured deposits.
Investment Execution: Assist clients in executing fixed-income investment strategies, providing professional market analysis and investment advice.
Portfolio Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of clients' fixed-income portfolios, conducting timely risk assessments and strategy adjustments.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of global fixed-income market dynamics, including interest rate trends, credit spread changes, and the impact of regulatory policies.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop long-term partnerships with institutional clients, providing regular portfolio reviews and market insight reports.
Product Development Support: Collaborate with the product team to develop new fixed-income solutions based on market demand.
Risk Management: Ensure all investment advice and solutions comply with clients' risk tolerance and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in fixed income investment, asset management, or corporate treasury management
Proficient in fixed income products and market mechanisms, with solid investment analysis and portfolio management capabilities
Familiar with Singapore financial market regulatory requirements; relevant professional qualifications preferred
Proof of excellent client needs analysis and solution design capabilities
Proficient in using financial data terminals such as Bloomberg and Wind, and office software
Proficient in programming (e.g., Python) or quantitative analysis experience preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with bilingual clients Effective Communication
Preference will be given to candidates holding relevant professional certifications such as CFA or FRM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.

This role will involve comprehensive HR management in the Singapore office, acting as a strategic partner to the business leadership team to drive overall improvement in talent management, organizational development, and employee experience. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Placement: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, providing strategic talent solutions to all departments, ensuring timely attraction and selection of top talent, and enhancing employer brand influence.
Performance Management and Talent Development: Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback mechanisms. Identify high-potential talent and design and implement talent development programs.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Build and maintain positive employee relations, conduct regular employee engagement surveys, develop and implement improvement plans, and foster an inclusive and highly engaged organizational culture.
Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage the compensation and benefits system, conduct market benchmarking analysis, and ensure the competitiveness and fairness of the compensation system.
HR Compliance and Policies: Ensure that HR practices fully comply with local Singapore labor laws and regulations, and regularly review and update HR policies and processes.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs, design and implement training programs, and support employee career development and skills enhancement.
HR Data Analytics: Utilize HR data for analysis to provide valuable talent insights and recommendations for business decisions.
Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the global HR team to drive the local implementation of global HR projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in comprehensive HR management, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a technology company or fast-growing enterprise.
Proficient in Singapore labor law and HR best practices, with extensive experience in handling complex employee relations.
Proven expertise in all HR modules, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and compensation and benefits.
Excellent business acumen; able to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions. Case Study
