• No prior real estate or investment experience required - full training is provided.
• Must be self-driven, highly motivated, and disciplined, with a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, coachability, and a willingness to learn, much like an athlete who understands that success comes from mastering fundamentals and learning from experienced coaches.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• A current real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent specializing in hotel investments, you will:

• Manage and grow a client database of hotel owners, developers, and investors.
• Make outbound calls and conduct outreach to potential buyers, sellers, and capital partners.
• Set up appointments and build relationships with decision‑makers in the hospitality and investment industries.
• Source qualified buyers and match them with hotel and golf property opportunities.
• Assist with property tours, market research, and financial analysis to support client decision‑making.

Support & Training Provided

• Senior Agent Mentorship:
  
  • You will work side‑by‑side with experienced agents who will coach you on underwriting, deal analysis, and client strategy.
  • Senior agents assist with high‑level negotiations and provide the knowledge base needed to close large, complex transactions.
• Broker Support:
  
  • The broker provides all necessary legal agreements, contracts, and compliance guidance for transactions.
  • The broker also manages relationships with lenders and capital sources, giving you access to debt and equity financing options for clients.
  • Brokers back agents during contract negotiations, deal structuring, and final closings, ensuring you have expert support throughout the process.
