A leading Global trading firm are looking to make an integral hire to support their ongoing growth. The Head of Product Control will support the Global CFO and Global Head of Middle and Back Office in building out a dedicated Product Control function, including framework, processes and systems, whilst maintaining hands on oversight of the daily P&L and Product Control functions across a diverse trading business.

The role will be based in Amsterdam, a strategic location based on the functions and Senior Management this will work alongside. They are looking for someone with the ability and experience of building out functionality and driving strategic initiatives. In depth product knowledge is required to be successful in this lean environment and knowledge across Fixed Income, Equities, Futures and Options would be ideal.
