Our client is prominent asset management company backed by a major Chinese financial institution, who has strong reputation in Greater China region. They specialize in delivering comprehensive investment solutions and managing a diverse portfolio of assets for their global clientele. They are currently hiring a Head of Internal Audit for the Hong Kong office.

This is a unique and high-impact opportunity for an experienced audit professional to lead and maintain the internal audit function for a dynamic organization. As the Head of Internal Audit, you will be directly advising the CEO and the Board on critical matters of governance, risk, and control. You will play a pivotal role in providing independent assurance and contributing to the company's strategic objectives in a fast-paced market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are HIGHLY PREFERRED.
• Experience working in Chinese financial institution is HIGHLY REGARDED.
• A self-starter with high integrity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate independently as a subject matter expert.
• Willingness to undertake hands-on audit work and manage the function autonomously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.
