Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes for private credit and special situation investments, ensuring compliance with fund policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform loan collateral valuation and maintain accurate records for secured lending transactions.
• Support audit preparation and coordination, including documentation and reporting for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with investment teams on private investment coverage, including monitoring portfolio performance and risk metrics.
• Manage cash flows, capital calls, and distributions for private credit funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Over 5 years of audit experience (Big 4 or similar preferred).
• Strong understanding of loan collateral valuation and impairment testing methodologies.
• Exposure to private investments and fund operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; knowledge of fund accounting is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills in English, Cantonese/Mandarin.
• High English proficiency: DSE/DSK English score above 4 or equivalent high-level English test result (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
