Description
I am currently working a Financial Reporting Manager position for a PE backed Technology company. My client has had significant funding to support the future growth of the company. For this role you will be reporting into the Senior Manager with a dotted line into the Finance Director. You will be required to go into the office 3 days per week as this is company policy and be comfortable working with multinational teams.My client operates in multiple locations across the globe and because of this you will ideally be German speaking and if not then have worked in a similar role previously to be consider with a good attention to detail.
Some of your responsibilities will include however not limited to;
• Coordinate the group's quarterly and annual financial reporting process, including maintaining templates and enforcing reporting timetables/policies across all sites.
• Lead the preparation of the consolidated group financial statements, including all necessary notes, in compliance with IFRS.
• Serve as the primary contact point for external auditors, managing the year-end audit for the consolidated group.
• Research and prepare formal technical accounting papers for complex transactions and proactively prepare the group for new or changing IFRS standards.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with the group's core accounting policies and procedure documentation.
• Provide essential accounting guidance and deploy necessary training to all sites across the group to ensure consistent application of policy.
• Drive continuous process improvements, identify financial risks in collaboration with Internal Audit, and implement effective control mitigations.
• Monitor and ensure the integrity of the balance sheet reconciliation process across all sites, including performing ad hoc reviews.
This role is paying between £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus and lots of benefits. Please let me know if this role would be for you by replying with your CV and times which work for a call to discuss in more detail.
