Description

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations for in-scope entities.

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly management accounts, supporting schedules and reports, ensuring that they align with regulatory and internal compliance standards.

• Ensure timely production and submission of regulatory reports to authorities such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

• Lead the preparation, review, and monitoring of the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA) process and document.

• Provide commentary and analysis on key movements in the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for in-scope entities and support management in decision-making processes.

• Drive continuous improvements to financial processes, automation of reporting and enhancements to financial controls.

Candidates will be ideally qualified, ACA , CIMA or ACCA and have broad experience from a brokerage or capital markets environment.
