Description

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Consolidating financial statements for the entire group, preparing statutory accounts, and managing month-end close processes.
  • Control & Compliance: Developing and enforcing internal control policies, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Strategic Input: Providing financial analysis, performance insights, and recommendations to the CEO and management for strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Overseeing group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Treasury Planning & Asset Financing:
  • Develop and execute the company's liquidity management strategies to ensure sufficient and efficient working capital
  • Lead the company's financing activities including syndicated loans, bonds issuance, ABS, etc. and explore new funding channels
  • Deeply Involved in financing processes by evaluating financial structures, financing negotiations, and managing closings
  • Manage interest rate and FX risks strategies through appropriate instruments to hedge relevant risk
    • Tax Management: Developing tax planning strategies, especially for complex cross-border operations.
    • Process Improvement: Leading initiatives to automate, enhance, and standardize finance operations across the group.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree holder
    • Professional accounting qualification
    • A minimum of 15 years of proven experience gained from heavy industries, infrastructure or real estate
    • Fluent Mandarin and English
