Finance Transformation Manager (SAP) vacancy for our client in the Telecommunication sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Analyse current financial processes to identify inefficiencies and design optimized future-state processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Finance function and other business units, ensuring clear communication.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Conduct training sessions for finance users on new processes and systems.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in project management using methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
• Deep knowledge of finance operating models and core finance/accounting principles.
• Experience with Financial Systems including SAP S/4 and Financial Planning and Analytics systems.
• Language skills: English

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective communication and training skills.
